About the event
This 90-minute workshop will focus on building stronger combinations, improving flow, and helping students become more creative with their martial arts movement.
Students will work on linking techniques together, improving rhythm, adding power, and creating combinations that feel sharp, clean, and effective. We’ll also connect these ideas to forms training, helping students better understand movement, transitions, and presentation.
This is a great workshop for students who want to sharpen their technique and bring more creativity into their training.
