About the event
This 90-minute workshop will focus on the fundamentals of sweeps, throws, and takedowns. Students will learn how to use balance, timing, leverage, and control to safely bring an opponent to the ground.
We’ll cover proper falling, foot placement, body positioning, and how to execute takedowns without relying on strength alone. This is a great workshop for students who want to improve their confidence, coordination, and overall martial arts skill.
Open to Orange belts and up.
