We will be hosting two workshops. January 6th workshop will focus on tournament forms, preparing participants to learn the tips and tricks for ultimate forms success. 

The workshop on January 13th will focus on combat techniques such as flag sparring, point sparring, and grappling. This is a great opportunity for you to learn and improve your combat skills.
