Nunchaku Over The Hand Roll

Hello fellow chucker's it's Monday and here is a video on the Nunchaku over the hand roll. Every Monday in October at 6:00pm we will be having weapons classes on the brown mat. These classes are open to any advanced student that would like to join, this month we are focusing on the Nunchaku.
